Lost or Delayed Packages

PDA is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping provider directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Item is unwashed

Item is in original condition

Original tags are attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
